Maramer Contracting Company is hiring a Senior Planning Engineer to support our fast-growing project portfolio.
Project : Sport Sports Facility / Stadium Project
Work Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Availability: Immediate Joiners Preferred with transferable Iqama
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop, update, and manage comprehensive project schedules using Primavera P6.
– Analyze and monitor project progress, identify risks and delays, and implement mitigation strategies.
– Collaborate closely with engineering, procurement, and site teams to ensure smooth execution.
– Conduct delay analysis and generate progress reports, dashboards, and project status updates.
– Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to align project timelines.
– Support cost control, resource planning, and strategic decision-making.
– Ensure compliance with contractual timelines and project delivery targets.
Qualifications & Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
– Minimum 15 years of experience in project planning within the construction industry.
– Experience in stadium or large-scale sports facility projects is a strong advantage.
– Proficient in Primavera P6, MS Project, MS Excel; knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
– Strong understanding of Saudi construction standards and project requirements.
– Excellent communication, reporting, and leadership skills.
