Skills and qualifications
To boost Industrial sales while maintaining strong customer relationships, Sales Managers should have a passion for selling and be self-motivated.
They should possess the following skills and qualifications: –
• Ability to set and effectively achieve sales targets –
• Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills
• Experience using CRM systems to manage the sales process and forecast sales
• Strong analytical skills to identify trends and patterns in Industrial product sales
• Capability to design and implement a successful Industrial sales strategy
• Ability to guide and mentor sales representatives – Skills in planning, organization, and problem-solving – Advanced time management abilities
**Education Qualifications and Experience**
The ideal candidate for the Sales Manager position should hold a bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing or Business Management from an accredited university.
A master’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing is an added advantage.
The Sales Manager should have a minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in sales or marketing, specifically in industrial products, Face Mask, safety products, electrical equipment’s, electrical accessories, Cutting Disc, Grinding Disc, Drill Bits, Rota cutes, and similar fields.
