Quantity Surveyor – (3 Nos.)
Qualifications: Graduate of Engineering course in an accredited institution.
Experience:
– At least 8 years in Design Office.
– Extensive experience in site development, infrastructure and major building projects.
– Intensive experience in estimating construction man-hour (labor and equipment), labor rates, materials, preparation of tender documents etc.
– Works proficiently in Excel estimating sheets, AutoCAD and familiar with estimating tools such as Nomitech “Cost OS” and Aspentech “Kbase” is a factor.
Transferable Iqama holder is preferable.
