Job Description:
A leading company in Can Manufacturing in Saudi Arabia with branches all over the Middle East is looking for a candidate for the position of Production Manager to be placed in Saudi Arabia.
Main Responsibilities:
– Maximize the use of material, equipment and manpower resource requirements.
– Review customer commitments with production staff to assure top quality and on-time delivery, problem identification and corrective action.
– Monitor plant costs and budgets to assure cost controls and future allocations.
– Work with the Quality Department to assure that all processes are in control.
Qualifications:
– Education: BA/BS in Engineering, Operations Management.
– Gender: Male.
-Preferred Age: 35-45 years.
– Languages: English proficiency, Arabic is an advantage.
– Experience:At least 10 years of experience with proven results in a large manufacturing and fast growing environment.
– Proven leadership experience, particularly in a production management position and preferably in Metal/Plastic Packaging Industries.
– Expert in European made machinery.
