We are seeking a highly motivated qualified HR Recruitment Specialist who is capable of working to match qualified individuals and to implement and develop strategies to meet the organization’s objectives.
As a recruiter you will play a crucial role in identifying top job candidates who will significantly contribute and add value to our company, you will be also responsible for screening, conducting interview and providing shortlist of qualified candidates.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field.
– At least 5 years’ experience in recruitment processes.
– Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies.
– Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
– Can handle all administrative work associated with recruitment.
– Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
– Proficient in written and verbal skills and in Microsoft Office.
– Independently comfortable in decision making.
– Excellent Organizational and Time Management skills.
