Job Description
We are seeking skilled **Telecom Engineers** and **Technicians** to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will have expertise in **GSM** and **TETRA systems**, as well as experience working with communication towers.
Key Responsibilities
– Design, install, configure, and maintain GSM and TETRA systems.
– Conduct site surveys and assess communication tower installations.
– Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to telecom systems.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
– Maintain accurate documentation of installations and repairs.
– Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
Qualifications
– Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, or a related field (for Engineers).
– Relevant certifications in GSM, TETRA systems, and tower operations.
– Proven experience in telecom fieldwork, especially with GSM and TETRA technologies.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
