Solaris Administrator, required for a company in Bangalore, India.
– Exp: 4 – 8 years.
– Qualification: BE/Btech/Msc/MCA/Bsc/MS.
Job Description:
– Responsible for Solaris, AIX , HP-UX, and Red Hat Enterprise Linux servers environment.
– Perform file system management.
– Perform Operating system upgrades.
– Perform LDAP administration.
– Perform Print queue administration.
– Perform performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and scripting.
– Must have managed hosts in Oracle DB/Apps environment based on Solaris 10 OS mainly.
– Must have experience in Migration of servers from one environment to another environment and well versed with all the ITIL processes involved in migration.
– Knowledge of EMC and Veritas storage products/tools would be preferred.
