Requirements:

Proven expertise in premium/high-end building construction projects.
Strong experience in project execution, quality control, site management, and coordination with stakeholders.
Excellent knowledge of construction standards, engineering practices, and project management principles.
Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage high-end construction projects from inception to completion.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and project teams.
Monitor project progress, budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
Provide technical guidance and engineering solutions throughout project execution.
