Job Description:
As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by providing technical expertise and support to our sales team. You will collaborate with clients to understand their technical requirements, present solutions, and ensure successful product integration. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with strong technical acumen and excellent communication skills.
Roles and Responsibilities:
– Finding commercial prospects and find business opportunities.
– Reaching out to customers and converting prospects into inquiries.
– Assisting clients with preliminary feasibility and research tasks.
– Assessing consumer inquiries and creating job specifications. This could entail providing spare parts or performing site maintenance.
– Site studies and visits to customer plants, fixing issues as they arise.
– Creating inventive or competitive solutions to satisfy client needs.
– Deliver technical presentations and demonstrations to showcase our products/services.
– Collaborate with customers to design and implement solutions that meet their specific requirements.
– Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to customers.
– Stay current on industry trends, technologies, and competitive offerings.
– Other roles and responsibilities maybe assigned when required.
Qualifications and Skills:
– Diploma or Bachelors’ in relevant discipline
– Relevant experience
– Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
– Must know how to read, write and speak in Arabic and English
– Ability to explain complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience
