We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated RCM/Insurance Manager to join our dynamic team at a premier medical health complex in Riyadh. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with deep expertise in revenue cycle management, health insurance processes, and regulatory compliance in the healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the entire Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) process, including patient registration, billing, coding, claims processing, and collections.
Manage insurance contracts and ensure compliance with payer requirements.
Supervise the insurance and billing teams to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and timely submission of claims.
Identify and implement strategies to reduce denials, improve collections, and optimize revenue.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of healthcare regulations, insurance policies, and CCHI/NPHIES standards in Saudi Arabia.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to RCM and insurance processes.
Coordinate with clinical, administrative, and finance teams to streamline workflows.
Prepare and present reports to senior management on financial performance and claim trends.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Finance, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
Minimum of 5–7 years of relevant experience in revenue cycle management and medical insurance within the healthcare sector in Saudi Arabia.
In-depth knowledge of Saudi health insurance regulations (including CCHI, NPHIES).
Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
Proficiency in healthcare management systems and billing software.
Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a strong advantage.
