Job Description
Fahd Alireza Engineering Consultants urgently requires the following staff for their projects in Al-Khobar
Planner / Scheduler (3 Nos.)
Qualifications, Experience & Responsibilities:
– Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in planning and scheduling for site development and buildings.
– A Graduate Engineer, from an accredited institution.
– The candidate must be fluent in written and spoken English.
– Be conversant with all Microsoft Office Software and be intimate with Primavera 6 (P6)
Other specific experience to include:
– Preparation of Engineering progress & performance report (EPPR)
– Preparation of detailed schedules, cash flows, trend forecasts, contract & budget forecasts & percent complete calculations.
– Preparation of contract check plans and schedules, preliminary quantity man loading & cash flows and progress measurement guide for contracts.
– Assist with project summary reports and pre-award contract analysis, manpower, cash flow and interfaces
Develops pricing levels, comparisons, etc. as required for each contract.
– Middle East experience is a must.
– Working with Royal Commission / SABIC / Saudi Aramco is added advantage.
