– Supervisor Job Responsibilities and Duties
– Ability to Plan employee shifts and work schedules
– Prepare work schedule and coordinate activities with those of other departments
– Provides feedback on employee work performance
– Prepares reports and updates for upper management
– Supervises processes and ensure smooth operations
Supervisor Job Requirements
– 5+ years of proven experience
– Knowledge and experience of different leaning techniques
– Knowledge and experience of different cleaning materials, tools, and equipment’s
– Experience in previous leadership roles
– Excellent communication skills
– Remarkable time management skills
– Excellent writing and literacy skills
– Detail-oriented and introspective
– Any international standard certified ( Optional )
– Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required
