Job Description:
Pre Sales Engineer, required for a company in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
With knowledge of Low Current Systems:
– IP and Analogue CCTV System.
– Access Control System.
– Public Address System.
– MATV System.
– Fire Alarm System.
– Responsible for preparing proposals and quotes and technical Submitals.
– The Pre-sales Engineer collaborates with Sales people and Division Manager resources to ensure that proposed offers accurately address customer needs technically and commercially.
Responsibilities and Duties:
– Include the following and other duties might be assigned.
– Design, Quotations and Proposals.
– Technical Submittals and presentations.
– Generate Compliance sheets.
– Site Surveys.
– Producing projects Drawings with the help of Draftsman.
– Responsibility of the design.
– Preparing BOQs, purchase orders on suppliers, and material deliveries.
– Keep himself updated by reading suppliers releases, product news etc.
– Be able to learn new systems through suppliers literature, correspondence.
Qualification:
– Minimum three years’ experience in physical security systems including design and proposals.
– Thorough understanding of physical security systems (IPCCTV, Access and computer networks requirements).
– Knowledge/Experience in Public address and MATV.
– IT certificates and experiences are considerable added values.
– Skills and tools needed in preparation of quotations, including correct language, proficiency and experience in Microsoft excel, word.
– Able to organize and prioritize work in a multi-task environment.
– Able to meet deadlines, follow through commitment and take corrective action where appropriate.
– Effective written, oral and presentation skills.
Certificates and Experience:
– Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Electronics /Computer Communication/IT).
