Fuel station Company is seeking to hire a Fuel Station Follow-up Engineer (Franchise) to join our Engineering and franchise management team.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor the performance and operations of franchise fuel stations according to company standards and policies.
Prepare technical and periodic reports on station conditions (operations, maintenance, quality, safety).
Coordinate with maintenance teams and Head Office to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Ensure compliance with company standards, safety regulations, and brand identity.
Support development and improvement projects for station performance and customer experience.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or equivalent).
Minimum 3 years of experience in fuel station operations, supervision, or related fieldwork.
Strong reporting and technical analysis skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Willingness to travel and conduct regular site visits.
Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
