Qualification requirements:
– Strong knowledge of Pakistani food
– Awareness of policies and procedure related to the safe handling of food and HACCP requirements
– Minimum 5 years experience in any 5 star hotel or mega food production Kitchens in similar position.
– Overseas work experience will be preferred.
