Job Description
Receiving & dispatch of material/ product at their location.
Identification of material / product when it is on the shop premises.
Making out receiving and loading notes with descriptions of material / product.
Issuing of material / product from stock and filling out material requestions.
Maintain stock and inventory lists for all raw material and consumable stocks and keep the inventory list always current.
Continual stock assessment for reconciliation with account stock list.
Control issuance of material from stores to production or shop personnel.
Purchase requisitions to procurement for stock replenishments in timely manner.
Accountable for efficient maintenance of stocks required for running company’s operations at all times.
Authorized to issue material to various dept with the facility for usage.
Authorized to receive material and access stores at all times.
Minimum 5 years of experience / high school or collage level.
Must know about computer Ms office.
Should know Arabic / English.
