Job Description:
Sales Executives required for Fast Food Restaurants and Coffee Shops Chain in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
– Seeks prospective buyers of Napoletano Products – be they private or commercial users.
– Offers and/or sells Napoletano Products: Coffee Beans, Coffee Capsules and Coffee Machines according to established or pre-approved selling prices and discount schemes.
– Prepares and sends quotation approval requests through the Napoletano Coffee Dynamic Nav Management System. (system)
– Converts approved quotations into orders through the system.
– Prepares and prints the invoice through the system.
– Collects the ordered item/product from the warehouse – if he will deliver the product to the customer.
– Delivers the item/product to the customer.
– Makes the customer acknowledge receipt of the product by signing of the delivery invoice.
– Collects payment from customers on due date
– Issues payment invoice for cash or check payment collection
– Visits and follows-up existing customers
– Refers prospective resellers to the SPM.
– Fills-in and updates customer information bank in the system
– Prepares monthly sales report and submits to SPM
– Attends department meetings as scheduled.
– Assists and participates in product promotions in events or special gathering.
– Reports or relay to SPM any information or activities undertaken by market competitors.
– Suggests Marketing campaigns or ideas which can help improve the group sales performance.
