– Proficient in Windows, macOS, and Basic Linux operating systems.
– Expertise in installing, configuring switches, and troubleshooting desktop computers, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
– Knowledgeable in network protocols, routing, switching, and wireless technologies.
– Skilled in software installation, updates, and patches.
– Experience and knowledge with Active Directory, Azure AD, and Microsoft 365 administration
– Familiarity with virtualization technologies..
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
– Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
– Excellent in speaking English Lanaguage and beginner in Arabic.
Hand On Experienced Candidate:
– Provided comprehensive desktop and laptop support, including hardware/software troubleshooting, upgrades, and repairs.
– Configured and managed network devices, including routers, switches, and wireless access points.
– Implemented and maintained security measures such as antivirus software, firewalls, and access controls.
– Assisted with the deployment and management of Microsoft 365 services for a 110-user organization.
– Documented IT support activities and maintained detailed records of service requests and resolutions.
– Trained end-users on the use of various software applications and office equipment.
NOTE:
Must have a minimum 2 to 3years expereince in Saudi arabia
Must have a Transferable iqama with validity
Salary is 3400sar and Company will provide Accomodation
