Roles and Responsibilities

Understand the client’s requirements and create customized IT solutions to meet their needs.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to clients.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop proposals and quotes for clients.
Provide technical support and guidance to clients during the sales process.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in IT solutions.
Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
Assist in developing marketing strategies and materials to promote IT products.
Collaborate with product development teams to provide feedback and suggestions for improvement.
Assist in the development of sales forecasts and budgets.
Attend industry conferences and events to network and generate leads.

Desired Candidate Profile:
Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in IT sales or presales roles.
Industry certifications in relevant IT products or solutions.
Ability to understand and analyze client requirements.
Strong knowledge of IT systems and solutions.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Fluent in English, with additional language skills considered a plus.
Must be Arab national
