Al Jomaih and Shell Lubricating Oil Company is looking to hire the following roles:
Direct Sales Supervisor
This role is responsible for developing and managing a team of 5-7 salesmen in his assigned branch, and directly accountable to achieve the set sales and distribution targets for his team. His is accountable for the overall brand growth as per agreed KPisfor his assigned branch.
Applicants must have minimum 3 year experience in similar role or related field, and college degree. (Handheld experience and English language would be considered a plus.)
