Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Cost Control Engineer to manage and control project costs, ensuring timely and accurate cost reporting. The successful candidate will play a critical role in project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage project costs, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost reporting.
• Conduct cost analyses and identify areas for cost optimization.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure cost-effective solutions.
• Develop and implement cost control processes and procedures.
• Monitor and report on project expenditure.
Requirements:
• Experience in construction industry ideally on large-scale or complex projects.
• Familiarity with cost coding and task coding structures.
• Familiarity with the full project lifecycle (pre-contract, execution, closeout).
• Experience in budgeting/forecasting, cost tracking/variance, reporting, and change management.
• Preferred nationality from Philippines, India, or Pakistan to meet our budget.
