Job Description:
Restaurant Manager, required for a restaurant in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
– 5 years experience as a restaurant manager.
– Must have thorough knowledge of PNL and all functions of restaurant operations. recruiting, training and supervising staff.
– Agreeing and managing budgets.
– Planning menus.
– Ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety legislation/guidelines.
– Promoting and marketing the business.
– Overseeing stock levels.
– Ordering supplies.
– Handling customer enquiries and complaints.
– Greeting and advising customers.
– Problem solving.
– Preparing and presenting staffing/sales reports.
– Keeping statistical and financial records.
– Assessing and improving profitability.
– Setting targets.
– Handling administration and paperwork.
– Making improvements to the running of the business and developing the restaurant.
– 2 Years Diploma in Hotel and Management or at least High School Diploma.
– Must have at least training certificate or vocational course graduate of coffee making in any institutes accredited by TESDA is an advantage but not necessary for Barista.
– Must have at least minimum of 2 years’ experience in Food and Beverage industry.
– Can speak, read, and write in English language.
