A Leading Survey Company based in Al Khobar looking for the Project Coordinator position for long term project urgently.
Main Responsibilities
– Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and budgets.
– Coordinate project meetings, prepare agenda, and meeting minutes.
– Monitor project progress and update project status reports.
– Develop and maintain project documentations and follow-up on action items.
– Facilitate communication between project team members.
– Ensure project risks and issues are identified, communicated and documented appropriately.
– Prepare presentations for project-related discussions.
Minimum Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
– A minimum 3 – 4 years of experience in project coordination.
– Strong organizational and project management skills.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
– Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
– Knowledge of project management methodologies.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
