Job Description:
HSE / QC Coordinator, required for a multinational company based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia.
– Manage all Quality and HSE activities and practices in line with local HSE regulations related to the catering activities.
– Promote proper food safety, health, safety and environmental practices throughout all activities (Maintenance, Fire Fighting, Catering, Housekeeping and Laundry).
– Put in place the correct Haccp procedures.
– Organize, carry out or arrange safety and hygienic audits / classes and ensure that any remedial recommendations are implemented.
Educational qualification and experience required:
– Diploma in Catering management or equivalent.
– Haccp course (at least level 2).
– At least 3 years experience in catering industry as HSE Coordinator / QC in remote site.
– Speaking English, Hindi, Arabic is a plus.
