Key Responsibilities –
– Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve annual sales targets and profitability goals.
– Identify new business opportunities for rotating equipment and aftermarket services.
– Generate leads through market visits, networking, industry events, and customer engagement.
– Manage the complete sales cycle from inquiry to order closure.
– Prepare technical and commercial proposals in coordination with engineering and operations teams.
– Conduct product presentations and technical discussions with clients.
– Handle key accounts and ensure high customer satisfaction.
– Support clients with equipment selection, troubleshooting coordination, and service solutions.
– Follow up on quotations, negotiations, and payment collections.
– Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
– Identify upcoming projects and shutdown opportunities.
– Maintain updated customer and project databases.
Minimum Requirements –
– 5 to 10 years of sales experience in rotating equipment or industrial products.
– Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
– Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
