Roles & Responsibilities:
– Ensure sales target is met monthly and product category wise.
– Prepare and formulate a complete strategy country-wise in order to achieve and exceed the yearly target.
– Establish a network of dealerships and project contractors.
– Be able to single-handedly develop the KSA client base without having a full team of Sales Executives in the initial first year, bringing orders on container-load basis.
– Recommend any change in strategy within the 12 months to ensure focus is on the right path to succeed in target achievement irrespective of market conditions.
– Ensure timely advice is given to customers about new product introduction, ensuring that samples and pricing details are accepted, and that orders are obtained thereafter.
– Ensure general pricing meets the market expectations and if not, to formally recommend to Management a broad spectrum of price bands required product category-wise.
Qualifications:
– Male. Candidate of age between 30-36 years old
– Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Business Administration or Sales and Marketing
– Analytical and with proven track record in achieving sales targets from a reputable paint manufacturing or related chemical company.
– Experience in establishing and maintaining dealer network.
– Strong track record in market penetration at all levels channel wise.
– Ability to do market research and competitor analysis and take the necessary action accordingly
– Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
– Someone inspired to work hard, self-motivated, able to handle pressure, and is trained to achieve deliverables.
– Experience in market development
– Fluent in Arabic and English
– with valid KSA driving license
