Job Description:
– Candidates should have a work or past experience in a consultancy like TCE, DCL, Layhmer, Fichtner, Power Grid or Engineering Department of ABB, Siemens and Alstom, etc.
– Candidates should have 15-20 years of engineering experience with an EPC contractor, out of which around 5 years should have been in managerial position.
– Candidates should have knowledge of and experience in transmission and distribution engineering work.
– Candidates should have experience in designing of transmission lines, substations and power plants, management of design team, schedules, man hours and costing, client relations, man-hour estimation and bidding.
– Preparation of progress reports for the department, presentation
of man-hour utilization and budget monitoring for the department.
– Strong interpersonal skills in team management and job negotiations
with contractors and client relations.
