Roles and Responsibilities
Lead the strategic planning and execution of complex projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and stakeholder expectations.
Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, proactively identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
Facilitate effective communication among project teams, stakeholders, and external partners to foster collaboration and drive project success.
Monitor project performance using KPIs and other metrics, making data-driven decisions to ensure continuous improvement and optimal results.
Desired candidate profile
Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree is highly desirable.
Minimum of 10 years of progressive project management experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a relevant industry.
PMP, PgMP, or similar project management certification is essential to validate expertise in project management methodologies.
Experience in managing cross-functional teams and large-scale projects, demonstrating a track record of delivering results within budget and on time.
