Roles & responsibilities
Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of all instrumentation and control systems, ensuring compliance with Aramco standards and project specifications.
Lead and mentor a team of instrumentation engineers and technicians, fostering a culture of safety, technical excellence, and continuous improvement.
Develop and manage the instrumentation budget, including procurement, installation, and commissioning of new equipment and systems.
Ensure the reliability and performance of critical instrumentation assets through proactive maintenance strategies and root cause analysis of failures.
Desired candidate profile
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering from a recognized university.
Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in the oil & gas industry, with at least 5 years in a supervisory or lead role.
Proven track record of successfully managing instrumentation aspects of large-scale projects, preferably with Aramco approval or experience.
In-depth knowledge of international instrumentation standards (e.g., ISA, IEC) and Aramco specific standards and procedures.
