Job Description:
A.A. Bin Hindi Group B.S.C © is one of the most reputed organization in the Kingdom of Bahrain. The group as a part of its expansion plans in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, is looking to hire a General Manager with following responsibilities:
Job Summary:
– Able to establish the Electromechanical, Electronics, Auto Services and Trading divisions for the group in Saudi Arabia.
– Liaise with regulators in obtaining necessary approvals.
– Lead Saudi operations and manage Sales, Services and Technical support.
– Ability to develop Business Plan, Revenue / Growth Projections and drive sales team to achieve targets assigned.
– Manage Divisional budget and establish necessary controls.
– Relationship Management with Retailers, Distributors, Contractors, Import / Export firms and Governmental Agencies.
Experience and Qualifications:
– Master of Business Administration with an Engineering background.
– 10-15 years in managing sales and support in MEP Industry, preferably with GCC experience.
– Fluency in English and Arabic is a must.
