We are currently seeking a skilled and proactive Electrical Site Engineer to join our team and oversee the electrical aspects of our projects.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee electrical construction for adherence to approved drawings, specifications, and Saudi Building Code (SBC) standards.
• Inspect materials, equipment, and workmanship; enforce safety and quality requirements.
• Perform electrical load, short circuit, lighting, grounding, and cable ampacity calculations.
• Supervise cable laying, glanding, terminations, and testing (IR and continuity).
• Manage installation, testing and commissioning of gensets, panel boards, and fire alarm systems.
• Oversee fire alarm loops, devices, terminations, and ICT system installations (racks and panels).
• Track schedules, materials, and labor to meet project milestones and deadlines.
• Review material samples, shop drawings, and technical documents for SBC compliance.
• Prepare cost estimates, evaluate contractor proposals, and review invoices for accuracy.
• Maintain daily logs, progress reports, and documentation for project updates.
• Enforce compliance with SBC safety and electrical standards throughout the project.
