Key Responsibilities:
– Source and mobilize qualified crew.
– Oversee time-sheets and sign-on/off procedures.
– Verify crew certificates for IMO compliance.
Qualifications:
– 3 to 5 years of experience in crew coordination or a related field; marine or shipping experience is essential.
– Strong organizational and communication skills.
