Job Description:
A construction company based in KSA specialized in residential and commercial projects is seeking the Plant Manager. having solid expertise and experience in mega projects.
– The Plant Manager will be in charge of all the company’s assets.
– He is required to have at least 10 years of work experience in managing plants and machinery.
– Further to this, he should have extensive knowledge of various kinds of heavy and light machinery.
– Should be well-aware of the latest industrial trends and encourage to implement them in day-to-day activities.
Basic Specification and Requirements:
– Planning, budgeting and managing the company’s assets.
– Managing and tracking the company’s logistics.
– Performing hiring activities whenever needed.
– Improving manpower utilization within existing departments and processes.
– Should have a degree in Engineering or in a related field.
– Should have at least 10 years of work experience of which at least 5 years are in a managerial position.
