Industry: Business Development
Location: KSA – Jeddah
Duties & Responsibilities:
– Prepare quotations.
– Prepare purchase orders (PO).
– Purchase orders’ follow up.
– Supervision of purchase orders and PO conformity before the delivery process.
– Prepare periodic reports of purchasing orders.
– Follow up shipments and preparing reports linked to POs.
– Follow up with customers and suppliers.
– Any other duties as assigned by the branch manager.
Skills and experience:
– Fluent in English reading and writing.
– 3 years minimum experience in support and secretarial jobs.
Educational Degree in (Business Administration – Marketing – Sales) is preferred.
Salary will be determined by experience and competence, between 3000 – 4000 SR (Basic Salary)
