We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Engineer with a Civil Engineering background to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical knowledge with excellent sales and communication skills to promote our engineering products and solutions to contractors, consultants, and project owners across the Kingdom.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and expand business with contractors, consultants, and key project stakeholders.
• Promote company products and solutions through technical presentations and site visits.
• Review drawings, specifications, and BOQs to prepare accurate quotations and proposals.
• Prepare and submit technical/commercial offers for tenders and project inquiries.
• Follow up on ongoing projects, ensure client satisfaction, and support project execution teams.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming project opportunities.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
• 2–7 years of experience in construction materials, waterproofing, flooring, concrete repair, MEP/Civil systems, or related sectors in KSA.
• Strong network with consultants, contractors, and project owners in Saudi Arabia.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Valid Saudi driving license preferred.
• English mandatory; Arabic an advantage.
