Ofinity Health is pleased to announce that our client is looking for a Product Support Manager with extensive experience in Construction who can direct overall Parts and Service performance and develop/implement Parts & Service programmes to join their Saudi Arabian based team.
The principal responsibilities of the role would be to:
– Develop & Implement wide spread Parts & Service programmes.
– Monitor Parts & Service performance, analyze problem areas and develop recommendations for improvement.
– Ensure efficient inventory control methods are maintained and that policies, procedures and guidelines are adhered to.
– Develop and expand Parts marketing data and provide analyses to assess Company performance.
– Maintain a professional relationship with our suppliers to the mutual long-term best interest of both parties.
Job Requirements:
An Engineering Degree or equivalent with experience of 10 years in Caterpillar dealership.
