Our client, Multi National Company is looking for Contract Manager under their sponsorship. The ideal candidate should have the followings:
Job Requirement
Review and analyze tender documents from commercial and contractual point of view (Salient conditions, list of clarifications, exceptions and deviations, risk identification and assessment)
Prepare proposed risk mitigation plan from contractual point of view
Analyze reasons for delays and disruptions, identify client related reasons and issue notification and change orders to the client in consultation with the Management
Support Management & Project Manager in all contractual discussions with the client.
Identify insurance requirements for the project, monitor renewal and closure of insurance policies
Obtain validation on legal review from Legal function
Participate in pre-bid meetings and negotiations with client, seek commercial clarifications
Candidate Requirement
Minimum 10+ years working experience with large project and organization
Degree in Engineering
Arabic native speaker will be preferred
Transfer of sponsorship will be preferred
Work Location Easter Region, Saudi Arabia
