We are seeking an architect to join our design team, the main scope of work will be in the design, approval and adjustments of any and all architectural design work.
Key Responsibilities
Knowledge in Architectural principles, techniques that are required to execute working drawings to building standards.
Should be able to work as part of a team, taking ownership of assigned deliverables & outputs.
Assist Project Engineer and Draftsman in coordination and review of architectural and engineering construction drawings.
Provide solutions to resolve design issues.
Collaborate with all stakeholders to ensure all work undertaken is within the architectural & design workstream and are conducted in line with the approved project plan.
Preparation and presentation of architectural/design drawings & studies using AutoCad, Revit and other 3D tools.
Education and Experience
Degree in Architecture or relevant field.
Minimum of 5 years in architectural design and layout in the Middle East
Must have experience in taking lead on project design and in creating effective time schedules for prequalification.
Must have experience in the design of interior and exterior fitouts in high level projects such as hotels, malls, restaurants and private palaces.
