Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager with strong knowledge of local and international purchasing for fabrication and manufacturing projects. The candidate must have Saudi-based experience and a solid understanding of industrial materials, vendor management, and logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end procurement process for materials, consumables, and subcontracted services.
Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with local and international suppliers.
Ensure timely availability of materials to support production and project schedules.
Coordinate closely with Planning, Production, QA/QC, and Finance departments.
Maintain procurement logs, vendor performance records, and cost analysis reports.
Handle import documentation, freight forwarding, and customs clearance activities.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
Minimum 7–10 years of procurement experience, with at least 3–5 years in Saudi Arabia.
Strong background in industrial / manufacturing / fabrication sectors.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proficient in ERP / SAP systems.
Transferable Iqama preferred.
Immediate joiners will be given priority.
