JOB DESCRIPTION
– Build and own the sourcing pipeline and candidate pool.
– Screen candidates for interest level, salary range, relocation needs, etc.
– Source and develop passive candidates through networking, cold calling, complex internet searches, social media, research, etc.
– Manage job postings.
– Work closely with the recruiters to develop and execute sourcing strategies aimed at generating candidate flow to meet overall recruiting goals.
– Maintain accurate and thorough documentation within the company system.
– Ensure compliance with company hiring policies and practices.
