Job Description:
A food company looking for an HR Manager who will be responsible for the development of an employee-oriented culture that emphasis quality, employee retention, development and high performance.
– Responsible for developing and managing the human resources department.
– Manage all recruitment related activities.
– Analyze the competency level of employees and performance appraisal.
– Monthly salary management and reporting.
– Prepare monthly Manpower report.
– Team building and career progression plan experience.
– Develop Annual Manpower Planning and Budget.
Knowledge:
– Very good understanding of the local labor law, KSA Immigration Authority, Governmental Labour Authorities and Nitaqat program.
Experience:
– Minimum of 3 years of experience (Retail / Restaurants / Food Business).
Technical Knowledge / Skills:
– Familiarity with software based Human Resources (SAP) and very good with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point) and able to use Internet.
Education:
– University Graduation / HR.
Language ability:
– Good command of English and Arabic.
