Reporting to : President (Owner)
Working days : Saturday to Thursday
Preferred Nationality : Bangladeshi
Timing: Sunday – Thursday : 08:00 PM – 05:00 PM & Saturday: 10:00 AM – 05:00 PM.

Job Responsibilities
1. Office Bangladesh – Online spreadsheet [Moonlight Finance + Visa]
• Monitoring & upgrade with update
• Rechecking moonlight office visa file to ensure the newly arrived employees are having deductions of pending visa amounts from
accounts departments online spreadsheet of visa deduction.
• International Visa creating and updating sheet to find if visa is utilized upon employee arrival
2. Overseeing overall daily business operations.
• Monitoring all departments online spreadsheets and files as per workflow in the beginning of the new month.
3. Monitoring staff communication in WhatsApp groups for departmental workflow accuracy.
• Deviating WhatsApp to email simultaneously. (Where required)
4. Delegate responsibilities to the best-qualified employees and enforce all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, training to staffs, and cultural values.
5. Resolve internal staff conflicts efficiently and perform the mutual benefit of all involved
6. Evaluating employee performance and productivity.
7. Providing solutions for employees hiring. Interviewing international staff recruitment.
8. Organizing workflow in Google Cloud & frequent monitoring if tasks are up to date
9. Analyzing accounting and financial data.
10. Analyzing the I & E [Income & Expense], P & L [Profit & Loss] data
11. Reviewing & following up Invoices report.
12. Researching and identifying growth opportunities.
• Studying Supply & Subcontract projects online.
13. Improving revenue for the company. [ Advance decision making]
Note: Creation of new department (Collection control)
14. Advising President for something if required with logic to bring out the best for the company.
15. Develop, implement, and maintain budgetary and resource allocation plans
16. Communicating with laborers for any issues, once they come to the office.
17. Creating & updating presentations for the company.
18. Creating SOP (Standard operating procedure)
19. Planning for ERP implementation from Google Cloud

Additional Task – Secretary to the President
1. Keeping notes & activities once required for any meeting or tasks, either business or personal.
2. Handling personal & company email.
3. Reservation & purchasing of Hotels & Air tickets.
4. Personal any work from the Boss to be done once assigned.
5. Communication with anyone once required as per Boss instruction.
6. Responsible for office internal decorations & quality.
