Job Description:
General Manager – sales (Electronics / Home Appliances / Air-conditioning), required for a company in Saudi Arabia.
Responsibilities:
– Controlling, supervising and leading a team of Sales Managers and Sales Executives focused on sales of Consumer Electronics and Home appliances.
– Possesses a strong leadership to address various channels of distribution like managing branches with exposure to sales management, finance and logistics.
– The candidate should possess a strong leadership to address the competitive market and have the ability to address the distribution channels like Dealers and Corporate clients in Saudi Arabia.
Qualifications and Experience:
– Post-Graduate/Graduate. MBA from a reputed Institute will be an added advantage.
– Minimum 15 years experience in the sales of Electronics and Home Appliances.
– Should have at least 5 years experience in handling sales force at Regional/National level.
