Job Description:
– Opportunity with one of the renowned EPC Company in Saudi Arabia.
Job Location: Jubail, KSA
Qualification: Diploma in Instrumentation Eng.
Experience: Minimum 8 years experience in Oil & Gas/ Petrochemical Industry
Job Description:
– Testing & calibration, installation, loop checking (Hot & Cold), pre-commissioning, commissioning & startup, for following type of instruments Temperature, pressure, level, flow & vibration.
– Systems ESD, MMs, fire & gas, communication system (Telephone, PA, CCTV), weighing (Tank, Bagging, Hopper/Silo weighing, Drumfilling, Online Check weighing,
Filling, Batching & formulation, Truck Scale, platform scales & Analytical balance).
– Analyzers pH. Co2, H2S, Moisture, HC in water, Residual Chlorine, Conductivity, DO, RVP, ORP, Gas Chromatograph, Exhaust Gas Analyser, Diesel Smoke Meter.
– Prepare Tray rout, JB & Instrument location, Cable laying (primary & secondary), JB & instrument termination, Glanding.
– Understating of piping & instrument diagram, hook up & loop drawing of process control instrument, relay logic circuit diagrams, ILD, various schedules, various types of commissioning, Calibration, assessment documents.
– Able to manage and supervise the complete instrumentation project team and subcontracted manpower.
– Maintenance Routing & preventive / Breakdown maintenance, servicing, shutdown & day to day breakdown.
