Job Description:
Purchaser, required for a company in Saudi Arabia.
– Responsible for purchasing within the Mammoet Gulf authorizations of the require goods / parts for repairs and maintenance of the equipment of Mammoet Gulf.
– Checking the correctness and quantity of the purchased goods for the warehouse, in order to ensure that everything runs in accordance with the agreements made.
– Organizing and coordinating all warehouse activities in Mammoet Gulf warehouse in Dubai in such a way that all the goods are stored in an orderly manner and are available immediately when requested by internal and external customers.
– Point of Contact in the event of problems and/or charges of Mammoet Gulf warehouse in Dubai.
– Independently carrying out all necessary work in the parts warehouse.
– Coordinating air shipment both domestically and internationally, including small item shipping.
– Ensuring as effective and efficient arrangement of the available warehouse space as possible.
