Job Description:

– Oversee the day to day operations of a restaurant.
– Directing and coordinating of restaurant operations.
– Deal directly with customers and employees.
– Responsible for a diversity of duties that include financial record , sales target and quality procedure
– Managing restaurant daily operations and other related activities
Develop and execute an efficient food and beverage control system
– Responsible to set operational budgets and yearly targets
– Responsible for the quality standard of the restaurant operation
– Responsible for all stocks and inventory control.
– Prepare periodical reports contain all restaurant activities
– Coach and Train restaurant employees
– Monitor the restaurant hygiene and quality system
– Maintain excellent PR with customers
– In depth knowledge of restaurant operation
requirements, covering quality system, and hygiene system
– Strong People Skills

– 8 to 10 years of restaurant operation
– Experience with at least 3 years in a restaurant management role
