We are currently looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join our team in KSA, Riyadh.
Key Responsibilities:
1- The Quantity Surveyor is responsible for accurately measuring and pricing using Contract drawings, specifications and Bills of Quantities
2- Advise on contractual matters.
3- Ensure completeness and validity of contractual requirements.
4- Check and record measure of work done.
5- Prepare variations and day-works.
Requirements:
1- Degree in Quantity or Building Surveying or Civil Engineering from a recognized university
2- A minimum of 5 years relevant quantity surveying experience in Infrastructure projects
3- Knowledge of pre and post contract administration.
4- Strong analytical capabilities and the ability to work independently.
5- Good oral and written communication skills.
6- Ability to communicate logically and clearly with management and staff
