Education: bachelor degree in food science, nutrition or related field.
Experience: +10 years in quality assurance, of which +5 years as a manager in restaurant or catering business. Strong know how of different food processes and operations
Certification: certified in FSSC 22000
Skills: high analytical skills
Brief Job Description: Establish, improve and monitor compliance of all the restaurants to the highest standards and monitor the compliance of all products and menu items to highest specs. and to the local laws. Manage the team of QA Consultants and support them with the required know-how. Liaise with the facilities and the restaurants to maintain product quality and food safety.
