We are looking to Hire a Mechanical Supervisor for Our Construction Company.
As a Mechanical Supervisor in our company, you will oversee the mechanical engineering activities and ensure the successful execution of mechanical projects. You will lead a team of mechanical technicians and collaborate closely with engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure the efficient operation of mechanical systems and equipment. Your responsibilities will include planning and coordinating mechanical activities, providing technical guidance, monitoring project progress, and ensuring compliance with safety standards and project specifications. Your role will contribute to the delivery of high-quality mechanical solutions that meet client requirements and industry regulations.
Desired Experience :
• Minimum: 4 years of experience in mechanical engineering or a related role.
• Preferred: 6+ years of experience in mechanical engineering, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership position.
• Minimum: Proficiency in written and spoken English.
Technical Competencies:
• Mechanical systems design, installation, and maintenance.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, Plumnbing , firefighting equipment, and related mechanical components.
• Strong understanding of technical drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency in project management principles and practices.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and industry regulations.
