Job Description:
Marketing Manager, required for a medical center in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Qualification:
– Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or Marketing or equivalent from an accredited university.
– MBA or a Master degree in related field from an established University is a distinct advantage.
Experience:
– Minimum 5-10 years of experience including 3-4 years in a managerial position, covering marketing in Healthcare Industry.
– Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values.
– Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
– Superior planning and organizing skills.
– Excellent written and verbal communication both in English and Arabic.
– Effective time management and logical decision-making ability.
– Strategic vision to anticipate future consequences / trends accurately.
– Decision making quality based upon analysis, wisdom, experience, and judgment.
– In-depth knowledge and understanding of business planning, process optimization and marketing principles.
– Skilled in the following areas: Planning and Strategy, Marketing Concepts, Positioning and People.
– Management, Competitive Analysis, Understanding the customer and product development.
– Plan, organize, direct, control, and coordinate all activities and resources necessary for marketing to achieve objectives of the overall business plan.
– Identify marketing opportunities by distinguishing consumer requirements; defining market, competitor’s share, and competitor’s strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business and establishing targeted market share.
– Salary will be best in the Industry based on Qualification and Experience.
